We Stand Behind Every Garment We Make.

Since 1993, Thousand Mile has been committed to making clothing that delivers lasting comfort, dependable performance, and years of everyday wear. We take great pride in the quality of our products and believe that great customer service should last just as long as the garments themselves.

This page explains both our Returns & Exchanges Policy and our Limited One-Year Manufacturing Warranty. If you ever have a question about your purchase, we're here to help and will work with you to find the appropriate solution.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right.

Within 30 Days of Purchase

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund to the original method of payment.

After 30 Days

After 30 days, eligible merchandise may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit equal to the original purchase price.

Return Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The cost of any prepaid return shipping label provided by Thousand Mile will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order originally qualified for free shipping and the return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Limited One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of every Thousand Mile garment.

Our Limited One-Year Manufacturing Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If we determine that a product contains a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item, or
  • Issue merchandise credit or a refund if repair or replacement is not practical.

What Is Covered

Examples of manufacturing defects may include:

  • Stitching or seam failures resulting from defective construction
  • Defective zippers, snaps, buttons, or other hardware
  • Fabric flaws resulting from the manufacturing process
  • Construction defects that affect the intended use of the garment

Each warranty claim is evaluated individually.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or normal wear resulting from:

  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Improper washing or drying
  • Accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Thousand Mile
  • Abrasion, fading, pilling, or other normal characteristics of garment-dyed fabrics that occur with regular use
  • Damage caused by chemicals, bleach, excessive heat, or improper storage

These conditions are considered normal use rather than manufacturing defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before returning the item.

Please include:

  • Your order number or copy of original invoice
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the garment and the area of concern, if available

Our team will review your claim promptly and provide instructions for the next steps.
